Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (40-45 minutes). Dahi aur hari mirchein dal ker ache ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes). Hari mirchein,hara dhania aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
