* Shuga (चीनी) - 1/2 chikho
* Butter (बटर) - 1/4 chikho
* Fresh Cream (मलाई) - 1/3 chikho
* Mchere (नमक) - 1 pinch
* Vanila essence (वनिला एसेंस) - madontho ena

Kwa Ice Cream Base,wiritsani Mkaka wina kwa mphindi 10-15.Kenako ikani Shuga & wiritsani kwa 3 -4 mins.Tengani Mkaka wina,onjezani ufa wa Chimanga mmenemo & sakanizani ufa wa Chimanga & Mkaka mu Mkaka wowira.Sakanizani bwino & kuphika kwa mphindi 5.Kenako muzimitsa lawi ndikusunga kuti uzizizire.Kenako ikani. Mkaka Watsopano wa Milk Cream mmenemo & kuumenya.Kenako muwuundane mu bokosi lothina mpweya.
