  • Ingredjenti:
    1 tazza Tata Sampann Kala Chana, ¾ tazza green moong, 200 gramma cottage cheese (paneer), 1 basla medja, 1 tadam medju, 2 tbsps weraq tal-kosbor imqatta friski, ¼ tazza inkaljat bla ġilda karawett, 1 tbsp mango nej, melħ iswed, trab tal-kemmun inkaljat, 2-3 chillies aħdar, trab tal-bżar iswed, Chaat masala, 1 lumi
  • Soak Kala Chana matul il-lejl u ixxotta. F'ċarruta musulina niedja, żid il-chana fiha u ifforma borża. Hang matul il-lejl u ħallihom nibtu. Bl-istess mod, nibta l-moong aħdar ukoll.
  • Fi skutella kbira, żid Tata Sampann Sprouted Kala Chana, moong aħdar imnebbaħ, kubi tal-paneer, basal, tadam, kosbor imqatta, karawett inkaljat, mango nej, melħ iswed u trab tal-kemmun inkaljat.
  • Żid chillies aħdar, trab tal-bżar iswed u chaat masala. Agħfas il-lumi u ħawwad sakemm magħquda sew.
  • Ittrasferixxi l-insalata ppreparata fi skutelli tas-servizz, żejjen bil-kosbor imqatta’, mango nej, u karawett inkaljat. Servi immedjatament.
