  • Whakaritea Khushboo Masala:
    • Javitri (Mace) 2 matatahi
    • Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 8-10
    • Darchini (Rakau Hinamona) 1
    • Jaifil (Nutmeg) 1
    • Laung (Cloves) 3-4
  • Whakaritea Korma:
    • Ghee (Pata Whakamarama) 1 Kapu, ki te hiahiatia ranei
    • Pyaz (Rika) tapatapahi 4-5 reo
    • Hai heihei boti 1 kg
    • Hari elaichi (Kakariki cardamom) 6-7
    • Sabut kali mirch (Papa pango) 1 tsp
    • Laung (Cloves) 3-4
    • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
    • Dhania paura (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs
    • Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) paura 1 tbs
    • Himalayan mawhero tote 1 & ½ tsp ranei ki te reka
    • Zeera paura (Cumin paura) 1 tsp
    • Lal mirch paura (Red chilli paura) ½ tbs ranei ki te reka
    • Garam masala paura. tsp

Whakaritea te Khushboo Masala:

  • I roto i te tahuti me te pestle, whakauruhia he mace, cardamom matomato, rakau hinamona, nutmeg, cloves & grind ki te hanga paura me te whakatakoto ki te taha.

Whakaritea te Korma:

  • Ki roto i te kohua, tapirihia he pata maramara kia rewa.
  • Tāpirihia te riki me te parai ki runga i te mura o te ahi tae noa ki te koura, tangohia ka horahia ki roto i te paepae ka waiho kia maroke kia maroke.
  • I roto i te kohua kotahi, whakauruhia te heihei me te uru pai kia puta ke te tae.
