  • 140g / 3/4 kapu Tomato (1 tōmato rahi waenga)
  • 1/4 Kapu / 60ml Wai, ki te hiahiatia ranei
  • Te tote ki te reka (I tapiritia e ahau te 1 tīpune o te tote Himalayan māwhero (1/4 tīpune i te parai i te aniana + 3/4 tīpune ki te pī)
  • 1/4 Teapu Huka (Kua whakamahia e au te huka kane)
  • 1/2 tīpune Garam Masala
