- 3 Punetēpu hinu oriwa, hinu tunu rānei e pai ana
- 2 rau kokoru
- 1+1/2 kapu / 200g Riki - tapatapahi rawa
- 1 Punetēpu Karika - tapatapahi rawa (4 ki te 5 karika karika)
- 1/2 punetēpu kanekane - tapatapahi rawa (1/2 inihi kanekane)
- 2 Punetēpu Tomato Whakapiri, hei reka ranei
- 1 tīpune kumine whenua
- 1 tīpune korianara whenua
- 1 Te Puta Paprika (KĀORE I PAAHIA)
- 1/2 Punetēpu Turmeric
- 1/2 tīpune Te Pepa Pango Whenua
- 1/2 ki te 1/4 tīpune Pepa Cayenne Pepa ranei te paura Chili Inia (KŌWHIWHIRI)
- 140g / 3/4 kapu Tomato (1 tōmato rahi waenga)
- 1/4 Kapu / 60ml Wai, ki te hiahiatia ranei
- Te tote ki te reka (I tapiritia e ahau te 1 tīpune o te tote Himalayan māwhero (1/4 tīpune i te parai i te aniana + 3/4 tīpune ki te pī)
- 1/4 Teapu Huka (Kua whakamahia e au te huka kane)
- 1/2 tīpune Garam Masala
