Tamatar, tote mawhero, zeera, lal mirch kuru, sabut dhnaia, lal mirch paura, paura haldi aur garam masala paura dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch ia 4-5 meneti kliya paka lein. Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (40-45 meneti). Kare aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 meneti). Hari mirchein,hara dhania aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. Hara dhania aur adrak sa garnish ker ka naan ka saath serve karein!
