-Jaifil (Nutmeg) ½ wahi

-Zafran (Nga whenu Saffron) ½ tsp

-Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2

-Himalayan mawhero tote ½ tsp ranei ki te reka

-Haldi paura (Turmeric paura) ½ tsp

-Lal mirch paura (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
