-Lehsan (Garlic) jirofo 9-10
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 santimetatra
-Zeera (voa komina) nendasina sy nototoina 1 tsp
-Sira mavokely Himalaya 1 pinch
-Hara dhania (coriander vaovao) ½ kaopy
-Podina (Ravinkazo mint) 1 Kaopy
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Sira mavokely Himalaya 1 tsp na ho tsirony
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Menaka fandrahoan-tsakafo 3-4 sotrokely

Torolalana:

Baisan, zeera, soda fanaova, sira mavokely, menaka mahandro aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 minitra kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minitra kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,sala mavokely,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay endasina amin'ny menaka mahandro,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
