  • Ngunda oyo esangisami na vapeur 1,5-2 Kopo
  • Chana Noir ya kolamba 1 Kopo
  • Boondi ya kotumba 1 Tbsp
  • Tamarind/ imli ki Chutney 2 tsp (ekoki kozala)

Nika bitabe mpo na kosala pâte.

Na saani kosangisa pâte ya misisa ya bitabe, yaourt, manteka ya noix, mungwa & assaisonnement mpo na kosala dressing vibrant crème.

Okoki kobomba dressing na frigo mikolo 3.

Na saani mosusu kosangisa ba légumes, chana ya kolamba, mwa mungwa, boondi & chutney ya imli & sangisa malamu.

Po na kopesa, bakisa 2-3 Tbsp dressing na centre & panza yango mua moke na cuillère.

Tia ba légumes, chana mix likolo.

Sepela na midi to lokola ngambo.
