- Ghee (Mateka oyo esili kopɛtolama) 1⁄2 Kopo
- Badam (Amands) oyo bakati na biteni 3 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) na biteni 3 tbs
- Poudre ya Elaichi (Poudre ya Cardamom) 1⁄2 tsp
- Ghee (manteka clarifiée) 1 tsp
- Khoya 150g
- Crème 4 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) oyo bakati na biteni
- Rose ya kokauka
-Kokata carottes na lisalisi ya grater & kotia pembeni.
- Na wok,bakisa manteka clarifié & tika yango enyangwa.
-Bakisa carottes graté,sangisa malamu & lamba na flamme moyenne pendant 2-3 minutes.
-Na wok,bakisa miliki & sangisa malamu,mema yango na lamba & lamba na flamme moyenne tiii miliki ekokita (8-10 minutes).
-Bakisa sukali,sangisa malamu & lamba na flamme moyenne pendant 8-10 minutes.
-Na kati ya poêle,bakisa manteka clarifiée & tika yango enyangwa.
-Bakisa amande,pistache & frire na flamme ya moke pendant 2-3 minutes.
-Na wok,bakisa ba noix frites na ghee & sangisa malamu.
-Bakisa poudre ya cardamome,sangisa malamu & tia pembeni.
-Na kati ya poêle,bakisa manteka clarifiée & tika yango enyangwa.
-Bakisa khoya & crème,sangisa malamu & lamba na moto ya moke tii ekonyangwa (4-5 minutes).
- Na verre ya portion,bakisa gajar halwa oyo ebongisami,khoya ya crème & garnir na pistache,rose ya kokauka & servir!
