Okukola base gravy teeka ekiyungu ku muliro omungi & oteekemu amafuta, amafuta bwe gamala okubuguma ssaamu eby'akaloosa byonna byonna & obutungulu obusaliddwa, stir well. Bbugumya tawa bulungi & ssaako ebijiiko 2 ebya ghee, omulundi gumu ghee ebuguma ssaako ensigo za cumin, obutungulu, garlic, ginger & green chillies, ssukale bulungi & ofumbe ku medium high flame okutuusa obutungulu lwe bufuuka light golden brown. Okwongera okuteeka butto wa turmeric & kashmiri red chilli powder, stir & olwo osseeko gravy gyewakola emabegako, ssuka bulungi & ofumbe okumala eddakiika 10 ku medium flame, ssaako amazzi agookya singa gravy ekaluba nnyo. Bw’omala okufumba gravy okumala eddakiika 10, mu ssowaani ey’enjawulo, ssaako 1 tsp ghee & gibugume bulungi, olwo oteekemu obutungulu & capsicum, toss over high flame for 30 seconds & then ogiteeke mu gravy. Bw’omala okuteeka enva endiirwa ezisuuliddwa mu gravy, ssaako diced paneer, garam masala, kasuri methi, omukono omunene ogwa fresh coriander & grated pneer, stir well & taste for seasoning & adjust accordingly.
