-Hara dhania (Coriander omuggya) 1⁄2 Ekikopo
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves

-Chanay (Gramu eziyokeddwa) 2 tbs
-Zeera (Ensigo za Cumin) 1 tsp
-Omunnyo gwa Himalayan pink 1⁄2 tsp oba to okuwooma
