1 tsp Ensigo za Cumin (जीरा)
1 obutungulu obwa wakati - obutemeddwa (प्याज़)
1⁄2 tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder .
11⁄2 ekikopo Split Black Gram - kinnyikiddwa (उदड़ दाल)
Omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi (नमक आलानुसार)
1 tsp Ensigo za Cumin - eziyokeddwa (जीरा)
2 tbsp Ebikoola bya Coriander - ebitemeddwa (धनिया पदा))

Process

Mu ssowaani ssaako amafuta ga mustard, era oteekemu ensigo za kumini, zireke ziwugule.
Kati ssaako obutungulu n’ofuka okutuusa lwe bufuuka obutangaavu n’oluvannyuma oteekemu butto wa degi red chilli, butto wa turmeric, green chillies n’ofumbira okutuusa lw’owunya.
Oluvannyuma ssaako ennyaanya saute okumala ekitundu ky’eddakiika n’ossaamu amazzi, split black gram, omunnyo otabule bulungi buli kimu obikkeko ofumbe okumala eddakiika 12-15 oba okutuusa lw’ogonvuwa.
