Endagiriro:
-Mu mazzi agabuguma,ssaako omunnyo gwa pink,green chillies & mix well.
-Oteekemu omuceere ogunnyika & fumba ku medium flame okutuusa nga 90% biwedde olwo osengejje & oteeke ku bbali.
- Mu bbakuli,ssaako enkoko,omubisi omumyufu ogunywezeddwa,omunnyo gwa pinki,obuwunga bwa black pepper,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce, vinegar & tabula bulungi,bikka & marinate okumala eddakiika 30.
-Mu wok,ssaako amafuta g'okufumba, garlic,ginger & sauté for a minute.
