-Omunnyo gwa pinki ogwa Himalayan 1 & 1⁄2 tsp oba okuwooma
-Kacha papita ( Amapaapaali amabisi) ekikuta 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Badam (Amanda) nga kinnyikiddwa & ekisekuddwa 15-16
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12
- Khopra (Muwogo omukalu) ebijiiko 2
-Hari mirch (Omubisi gwa kijanjalo) 5-6
-Podina (Ebikoola bya mint) 12-15
-Hara dhania (Omuwogo omuggya) ebijiiko 2-3
- Omubisi gw’enniimu ebijiiko 2
-Amazzi ebijiiko 5-6
-Buwunga bwa Lal mirch (obuwunga bwa chilli omumyufu) ebijiiko 2 oba okuwooma
-obuwunga bwa Kabab cheeni (akawoowo ka Cubeb) akajiiko kamu
-obuwunga bwa Elaichi ( Butto wa kaadi) 1⁄2 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & 1⁄2 tsp

-Omupiira gw’obuwunga bwa Paratha 150g buli emu
-Ghee (Butto alongooseddwa) 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) etemeddwa
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) slices 1-2
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
Endagiriro:

-Mu kiyungu,ssaako ennyama y’ente mince,omunnyo gwa pinki,amapaapaali amabisi paste,ginger garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Mu ekyuma ekikuba eby'akawoowo,ssaamu amanda,kaawa,muwogo omukalu & siiga bulungi.
-Oteekamu omubisi gw'enjuki ogwa kiragala,ebikoola bya mint,coriander omuggya ,omubisi gw'enniimu,amazzi & sina bulungi okukola ekikuta ekinene & kiteeke ku bbali.
-Mu kiyungu,ssaamu butto wa chilli omumyufu,obuwunga bwa cubeb spice,obuwunga bwa kaadi,obuwunga bwa garam masala,obuwunga bw'entungo enjeru,obuwunga bwa entungo,obutungulu obusiike ,yogurt,cream,clarified butter,ground paste & mix okutuusa nga zigatta bulungi,bikka & marinate okumala essaawa 1 oba ekiro mu firiigi.
-Kika ennimi z'omuliro & ofumbe ku muliro ogwa wakati okumala eddakiika 5-6,bikka & teeka heat diffuser plate oba griddle wansi w'ekiyungu & fumba ku muliro omutono okumala eddakiika 25-30 (check & stir in between) olwo fumba ku muliro ogwa wakati okutuusa amafuta lwe gaawukana (eddakiika 4-5).
-Wa omukka gw'amanda okumala eddakiika 2 okusinga okuggya amanda,bikka & gawummule okumala eddakiika 3-4.
Tegeka Paratha:
- Ddira omupiira gw'obuwunga (150g),mansira akawunga akakalu & roll out ng'oyambibwako rolling pin.
-Okuteekako & okusaasaanya butto atangaavu,flip enjuyi zonna okukola square shape.
-Frinkle dry flour & roll out nga oyambibwako rolling pin.
-Ku griddle eyaka,teeka paratha,ssaako butto atangaavu & ofumbe ku muliro ogwa wakati okuva ku njuyi zombi okutuusa lw'omala.
-Garnish ne fresh coriander,green chillies,onion rings & serve ne paratha !
