Tegeka Chocolate Ganache:

  • Ccolate omuddugavu awoomerwa ekitundu 80g
  • Cream 40ml

Mu bbakuli,ssaamu chocolate omuddugavu,amafuta g’okufumba & microwave okumala eddakiika 1 olwo otabule bulungi okutuusa lw’ogenda okuweweevu & oteeke ku bbali.

Mu kibbo kya blender,ssaamu entangawuuzi,dates,amagi & blend bulungi.

Oteekamu chocolate asaanuuse,omunnyo gwa pink,baking powder ,baking soda,vanilla essence & blend well until smooth.

Yiwa batter mu ssowaani ya 7 x 7” erimu amafuta ng’ossaako empapula za butto & taapu emirundi mitono.

Fumba mu preheated oven ku 180C okumala eddakiika 25 oba okutuusa nga skewer evuddeyo nga nnyonjo.
