Ku Chana Tadka:
- ebijiiko 4 eby’amafuta
- 1 tewali Tej Patta
- 1⁄2 tsp Heeng (asafoetida)
- 2nos Kali Elichi (Kaadi omuddugavu)
- 7-8nos Cloves
- 8-10nos Kali Mirch (entungo enjeru)
- 1tbsp Entungo esaliddwa
- 1tewali Green chilli etemeddwa
- 2 tsp za Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1⁄2 tsp Haldi
- 1 tbsp Dhaniya ( Obuwunga bwa Coriander)
- okuwooma Omunnyo
- 3⁄4 tsp butto wa Kasoori methi

- 1⁄2 ekikopo kya Aloo (Ebitooke ebifumbiddwa ne bisaliddwa mu bitundutundu)
- 1⁄2 ekikopo Obutungulu obutemeddwa
- 1⁄2 ekikopo Cucumber (ekitemeddwa)
- 1⁄2 ekikopo Ennyaanya ezitemeddwa
- okuwooma Omunnyo
- 1⁄2 tsp Omunnyo omuddugavu
- 11⁄2 tsp Jeera (Cumin, eyokeddwa &enywezeddwa)
- 2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tbsp Amchur powder
- 1⁄2 tsp Butto wa red chilly
- 1no Green chilli etemeddwa
- 1no Lemon
