Ebirungo:

Enkola:
- Tandika n'okusena ensigo za coriander mu mortar and pestle, tabula n'onyiga, osobola n'okukozesa blender ng'okozesa pulse mode okuzinyiga coarsely. Tujja kukozesa ensigo za coriander ezibetenteddwa okuteekateeka pakora ne kadhi, wamu n’okukwatako okusembayo.
- Tandika n’okuteekateeka omutabula gwa yogati ku kadhi, mu kifo ekisooka, kwata ebbakuli, oteekemu yogati, olwo oteekemu akawunga ka chickpea, entungo, ensigo za coriander ezikubiddwa, butto wa chili omumyufu, entungo ne garlic paste n’omunnyo, tabula bulungi oteekemu amazzi, tabula bulungi okakasa nti omutabula teguliimu bikuta byonna, olwo oteeke ku bbali okuteekateeka kadhi.
