EBIKOLWA
- ennyama y’embizzi 2, buli emu nga pawundi emu-1.5
- 3 tbsp amafuta g’ezzeyituuni
- 1-2 tsp omunnyo gwa kosher
- 1 tsp entungo enzirugavu enkalu
- 1⁄2 ekijiiko kya paprika afumbiddwa
- 1⁄4 ekikopo kya wayini omweru omukalu
- 1⁄4 ekikopo kya sitokisi y’ennyama y’ente oba omubisi
- 1 tbsp vinegar wa wayini omweru
- 1 shallot, esaliddwa obulungi
- Ebikuta by’entungo 15-20, byonna
- Amatabi 1-2 ag’omuddo omuggya ogw’enjawulo, thyme & rosemary
- 1-2 tsp parsley omubisi omuteme
ENDAGIRIRO
- Oven giteeke ku 400F.
- Bikka tenderloins n’amafuta, omunnyo, entungo ne paprika. Tabula okutuusa lw’osiiga bulungi oteeke ku bbali.
- Mu kabbo akatono, teekateeka amazzi agaggyamu egiraasi ng’otabula wayini omweru, sitokisi y’ente, ne vinegar. Teeka ku bbali.
- Okwokya ekiyungu ozisiikemu ennyama y’embizzi. Mansira shallots ne garlic okwetoloola tenderloins. Oluvannyuma yiwamu amazzi agalongoosa amazzi (deglazing liquid) obikkeko omuddo omupya. Kiriza okufumba mu oven okumala edakiika 20-25.
- Ggyako mu oven, bikkula era oggyemu ebikoola by’omuddo omuggya. Leka ewummuleko okumala edakiika 10 nga tonnasalasala. Ennyama gizzeeyo mu ssowaani ogiyonje ne parsley.
