EBIKOLWA

  • ennyama y’embizzi 2, buli emu nga pawundi emu-1.5
  • 3 tbsp amafuta g’ezzeyituuni
  • 1-2 tsp omunnyo gwa kosher

  • 1 shallot, esaliddwa obulungi
  • Ebikuta by’entungo 15-20, byonna
  • Amatabi 1-2 ag’omuddo omuggya ogw’enjawulo, thyme & rosemary
  • 1-2 tsp parsley omubisi omuteme

ENDAGIRIRO

  1. Oven giteeke ku 400F.
  2. Bikka tenderloins n’amafuta, omunnyo, entungo ne paprika. Tabula okutuusa lw’osiiga bulungi oteeke ku bbali.
  3. Mu kabbo akatono, teekateeka amazzi agaggyamu egiraasi ng’otabula wayini omweru, sitokisi y’ente, ne vinegar. Teeka ku bbali.
  4. Okwokya ekiyungu ozisiikemu ennyama y’embizzi. Mansira shallots ne garlic okwetoloola tenderloins. Oluvannyuma yiwamu amazzi agalongoosa amazzi (deglazing liquid) obikkeko omuddo omupya. Kiriza okufumba mu oven okumala edakiika 20-25.
  5. Ggyako mu oven, bikkula era oggyemu ebikoola by’omuddo omuggya. Leka ewummuleko okumala edakiika 10 nga tonnasalasala. Ennyama gizzeeyo mu ssowaani ogiyonje ne parsley.
