-Pyaz (Onion) etemeddwa 1 akatono
-Hing powder (Asafoetida powder) 1⁄4 tsp
-Atta (obuwunga bw’eŋŋaano) 3 tbs
-Amazzi Ebikopo 5 oba nga bwe kyetaagisa
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & 1⁄2 tsp oba okuwooma

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) omukono ogutemeddwa

Endagiriro:
-Mu mortal & pestle,ssaako entungo,entungo, green chillies,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,black peppercorns & nyiga mu ngeri enzirugavu & giteeke ku bbali.
-Mu wok,ssaako split black gram n'okwokya enkalu ku muliro omutono okumala eddakiika 8-10.
-Leka enyogoze.
-Mu kibya ekisenya,ssaako entungo eyokeddwa,sena mu ngeri enkalu & giteeke ku bbali.
-Mu kiyungu,ssaamu amafuta ga mustard & gabugume okutuuka ku smoke point.
-Oteekamu ensigo za mustard omuddugavu,obutungulu,asafoetida powder,tabula bulungi & sauté okumala eddakiika 2-3.
