-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 & 1⁄2 tbs
-Sewaiyan (Vermicelli) ebetenteddwa 250g
-Ekitani ya Elaichi (obuwunga bwa Cardamom) 1 tsp
-Amazzi 4 tbs
-Amata agafumbiddwa 5-6 tbs

Endagiriro:
Tegeka Quick Rabri:
-Mu ssowaani,ssaamu amata,ebizigo,obuwunga bwa kaadi,ssukaali ,cornflour & whisk well.
-Kika ennimi z'omuliro & ofumbe ku muliro omutono okutuusa lwe zigonvuwa.
-Oteekamu saffron oba kewra essence,pistachios,almonds & mix well.
-Leka enyogoze.
Tegeka ebikopo bya Vermicelli (Sev Katori):
-Mu ssowaani,ssaako butto atangaavu & leka asaanuuse.
-Oteekamu vermicelli,tabula bulungi &siika ku muliro omutono okutuusa lw’akyuka langi & ewunya (eddakiika 2-3).
-Oteekamu butto wa cardamom & tabula bulungi.
-Oteekamu amazzi mpolampola,tabula bulungi & ofumbe ku muliro omutono okumala eddakiika 1-2.
-Oteekamu amata agafumbiddwa, mix well & fumba ku muliro omutono okumala eddakiika 1-2 oba okutuusa lw’efuuka sticky.

-Mu vermicelli bowl,ssaako rabri prepared & garnish with mixed nuts,rose buds & okuweereza (akola 7-8).
