Ebirungo:
- Ekikopo 1 eky’obuwunga bw’eŋŋaano enzijuvu
- Ekikopo kimu/2 eky’obutungulu obutemeddwa obulungi
- 2 tbsp ebikoola bya coriander ebitemeddwa
- ekijiiko 1 eky’obuwunga bwa chili omumyufu
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi
- Amazzi nga bwe kyetaagisa
1. Mu bbakuli, tabula akawunga k’eŋŋaano, obutungulu obutemeddwa obulungi, ebikoola bya coriander ebitemeddwa, butto wa chili omumyufu, garam masala, n’omunnyo.
2. Fumbira mu bbugumu erigonvu ng’okozesa amazzi.
3. Gabanya ensaano mu bitundu ebyenkanankana era buli kitundu oyiringisize mu paratha.
4. Buli paratha fumba ku ssowaani eyokya okutuusa ng’amabala ga kitaka galabika.
5. Ddamu enkola eno ku bitundu byonna.
6. Gabula ng’oyokya ne yogati, pickle, oba curry yonna gy’oyagala.
