Tegeka Okujjuza Ebitooke: -Amafuta g’okufumba 2-3 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) etemeddwa 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) etemeddwa 1 tbs -Aloo (Ebitooke) ebifumbiddwa 600g -Tandoori masala 1 tbs -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Omunnyo gwa Himalayan pink 1 tsp oba okuwooma -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1⁄2 tsp oba okuwooma -Zeera (Cumin powder) eyokeddwa & enywezeddwa 1⁄2 tbs -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) eyokeddwa & enywezeddwa 1⁄2 tbs -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1⁄4 tsp -Baisan (Gram flour) eyokeddwa 3 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) etemeddwa engalo

Tegeka Paratha Dough: -Ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) esengekeddwa 500g -Chakki atta (Wholewheat flour) esengejeddwa 1 Cup -Ssukaali butto 2 tbs -Baking soda 1⁄2 tsp -Himalayan pink omunnyo 1 tsp -Doodh (Amata) ebuguma 1 & 1⁄2 Cup -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Okufumba


Endagiriro:

Tegeka Okujjuza Ebitooke: -Mu wok,ssaako amafuta g'okufumba,garlic & fry okutuusa nga zaabu. -Oteekamu green chilli & otabule bulungi. -Ggyako ennimi z'omuliro,ssaako amatooke & mash bulungi nga oyambibwako masher. -Ggyako ennimi z'omuliro,ssaako tandoori masala,chaat masala,omunnyo gwa pinki,obuwunga bwa chilli omumyufu,ensigo za kumini, ensigo za coriander,obuwunga bwa turmeric,obuwunga bwa gram,coriander omuggya,tabula bulungi & fumba ku low okumala eddakiika 3-4. -Leka enyogoze.
