Ku marinade: 1 1/2 tbsp harissa paste, 3 tbsp z’amafuta g’ezzeyituuni, 1 tsp kumini, omusenyu, 1 tsp butto wa paprika afumbiddwa, 1/2 tsp coriander, omusenyu, 1/2 tsp omunnyo, 1/4 tsp black pepper, ground. Ku ssowaani y’ebipande: 1 aubergine, 1 1/2 lb muwogo, 1 x 15 oz can chickpeas. Ku dressing: 6 tbsp tahini, atali muwoomu, 3 tbsp z’omubisi gw’enniimu, 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup. Ku bikozesebwa mu kussaako: arugula omuggya engalo 4, ekikopo kya cilantro ekipya 1/2.
