- Powder ya Lal mirch (Butwuni wa chilli omumyufu) 1 tsp oba okuwooma
- Buwunga bwa Haldi (obuwunga bwa Turmeric) 1⁄2 tsp
- Sabut dhania (ensigo za Coriander) zibetenteddwa 1 tbs
- Ajwain (ensigo za Carom) 1⁄4 tsp

- Mu mazzi agabuguma,teeka ekyuma ekisengejja,ssaako amatooke agafumbiddwa & blanch ku muliro ogwa wakati okumala eddakiika 3,sekula & oteeke ku bbali.
- Mu wok,ssaamu akawunga ka gram,omunnyo gwa pinki,ensigo za kumini,obuwunga bwa chilli omumyufu,obuwunga bwa turmeric,ensigo za coriander,ensigo za carom,ginger garlic paste,amazzi & whisk okutuusa nga zigatta bulungi.
- Kika ennimi z’omuliro,tabula obutasalako & fumba ku muliro omutono okutuusa ng’ensaano ekoleddwa (eddakiika 6-8).
