Ku curry:

  • Ghee ebijiiko bibiri + amafuta akajiiko kamu
  • Jeera 1 ekikuta
  • Dalchini yinsi emu
  • Kaadi ya kiragala ebikoola 2-3
  • Kaadi omuddugavu 1 no.
  • Tej patta 1 nnamba.
  • Obutungulu 5 obunene obwa wakati / 400 gm (obuteme)
  • Ginger garlic chilli 1⁄2 ekikopo (ekitemeddwa mu bukambwe)
  • Buwunga bwa entungo 1⁄2 tsp
  • Powder wa chilli omumyufu ow’akawoowo 2 tsp
  • Butto w’omubisi gw’enjuki omumyufu ow’e Kashmiri 1 tbsp
  • Powder ya Coriander 2 ebijiiko
  • Powder ya Jeeera 1 tsp
  • Ennyaanya 4 eza sayizi eya wakati (ezitemeddwa)
  • Omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi
  • Garam masala 1 ekijiiko
  • Kasuri methi 1 ekijiiko
  • Entungo yinsi emu (julienned)
  • Emibisi gya kiragala 2-3 nos. (okusalasala)
  • Fresh coriander omukono omutono

Enkola:

Teeka ekiyungu ku muliro ogwa wakati, ssaako ghee, amagi agafumbe, butto wa chilli omumyufu, haldi & omunnyo, stir & shallow fry the eggs for couple of minutes.` keep the shallow fried eggs aside to be used later.
