Ku Dal:

- 1 Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता)
- 2-3 Kokum (कोकम)
- 1 tbsp Jaggery (गुड़)

Ku Dhokli:
- ekikopo 1 eky'obuwunga bw'eŋŋaano enzijuvu (गेहँ का आटा)
- 1 tbsp Gram Flour (बेसन)
- 1⁄2 tsp Obuwunga bw'entungo (हदी पाउच)
- 1⁄2 akajiiko Degi Red Chilli Powder (Degi Red Chilli Powder)
- 1⁄4 tsp Asafoetida (हींग)
- Omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi (नमक अनुकूला)
- 1 tbsp Oil (लते)
- Amazzi (पानी)

Okufukirira:
- 2 tbsp Ghee (घी)
- 1 tsp Ensigo za Mustard (सरसों बीज)
- 1⁄4 tsp Ensigo za Fenugreek (मेस्टी दाना)
- 1 ettabi ly'Ebikoola bya Curry (कड़ीत्ता प)
- 5-6 Omubisi omumyufu omukalu (सुखी लाल मिर्च)
- 2 Cloves (Cloves)
- Omuggo gwa Cinnamon ogwa yinsi emu (दालसीनी)
- 1⁄2 ekijiiko kya Degi Red Chilli Powder (deगीफ लाल मिर्च पाउवक>

Ku Entangawuuzi Ensiike:
- 3 tbsp Entangawuuzi (मूंगली)
- 2 tbsp Ghee (घी)

Process

For Dal
Mu a Kadhi ssaako tuvar dal, ghee, omunnyo, butto wa turmeric, butto wa degi red chilli, bay leaf buli kimu otabule bulungi.
