Method:
Novam cocoum fere concidito et in vas stridorem cum aqua transfer quam maxime tere.
Crbro et sindone utere, coco crustulum in sindonein sindone transfer, lac cocoum bene exprime.
Praeterea reuse pulpam reposito in stridore hydria, adde etiam aqua, repete eundem processum ad lac cocoes maximum extrahe.
