Method:

Novam cocoum fere concidito et in vas stridorem cum aqua transfer quam maxime tere.

Crbro et sindone utere, coco crustulum in sindonein sindone transfer, lac cocoum bene exprime.

Praeterea reuse pulpam reposito in stridore hydria, adde etiam aqua, repete eundem processum ad lac cocoes maximum extrahe.

lac cocoes recentis homemade paratum est, hoc tibi dabit circiter DCCC ml lac Cocoes. Ingredientia: nam pulmentum

vegetabilis stirpis / aqua calida 750 ml

Gud (jaggery) 1 tbsp

Salis gustare

Besan ( gram conspersa) 1 tbsp

Cocoes lactis 800 ml
