  • 1/4 calix parmesani gratus plus plus quam ad serviendum
  • 4 caryophyllum allium tritum vel allium torcular pressum
  • 1 tsp mare sal
  • 1/2 tsp piper nigrum
  • 1 magnum ovum
  • 3/4 poculum totum propositum farinam ad meatballs inficere
  • Oleum leve ad sauté vel oleum vegetabile utere
Ingredientia ad Marinara Sauce:
  • 1 calicem concisi cepam luteam cepam 1 medium cepa Allium caryophyllum tritum vel allium pressum pressum
  • 2 - 28- unciae cann lycopersiciSum contritum *vide notas
  • 2 folia lauri

  • 2 Tbsp ocimum subtiliter tritum, ad libitum
