- Infunde uncta vitreis vasis.
- Coque ad 180°C / 350°F pro 20-25 minuta.
Prandium: Sanus Feta Broccoli Quiche
Ingredientia circiter quattuor ministrationum:
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 scyphi (glutine-liber) farinae avenae
- 1/2 gramma salis
- 1/4 cyathus olei olivarum
- 4-6 tablespoons aquae< /li>
- implere:
- 6-8 ova
- 3/4 poculum (lactosum-free) lac
- ocimum fasciculum 1 concisum
- 1 fasciculum sectivum, concisum
- 1/2 sal teaspoon
- piperis nigri ternum< /li>
- 2 piperis campanae, concisae
- 1 caput parvum algentem, concisum
- 4.2 oz (lactosum-free) intrita feta
Snack: CONDITUS Hummus Snack Boxes
Hummus High- interdum CONDITUS (facit circa 4 servientes):

- Succus 1 citrei
