-Hari mirch (Chili viridis) conciderunt 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan crustulum (Gingiberi crustulum allium) 1 & tsp
-Sabut dhania (semina coriandri) assa & contrita 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin semina) assa & contrita 1 tsp
-Himalayan sal roseum 1 tsp vel gustare
-Haldi pulvis (turmeric pulveris) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch pulveris (Colli pulveris rubri) 1 tsp vel gustus
-Aloo (Potatoes) medium 4-5 decoctum
-Matar (pisum) decoctum 1 Calicem - Para Viridis Chutney:
-Podina (folia monetaria) 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (coriandrum recens) ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 caryophyllis
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
-Chanay (P. assatus) 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin semina) 1 tsp
-Himalayan sal roseum ½ tsp vel ad gustus
-Lemon sucus 2 tbs
-Aqua 3-4 tbs - Para Meethi Imli ki Chutney:
-Imli pulpam (Tamarind pulpam) ¼ Cup
-Aloo bukhara (pluma arida) madefactum 10-12
-Sugar 2 tbs
-Sonth pulvis (pulveris aridae gingiber) ½ tsp
-Kala namak (salum nigrum) ¼ tsp
-Zeera pulveris (Cumini pulveris) 1 tsp
-Lal mich pulveris (Colli pulveris rubri) ¼ tsp vel gustare
-aqua ¼ Cup - Samosa Massam para:
-Maida (Omnis-propositum farinae) cribrata 3 Cucurbitulae
-Himalayan sal roseum 1 tsp vel gustare
-Ajwain (Carom semina) ½ tsp
-Ghee (declarata butyrum) ¼ Cup

Para Capsicum implens:
-In sartagine, oleum coquendo adde, chilli viridis, gingiberis allium crustulum, semina coriandrum. ,cuminum, sal roseum, puluere turmericanum, puluerem rubeum, bene misce & minutam coques.
-Adde potatoes, pisa, bene misce & farraginem bene ope masheri tunc misce bene & coque pro 1-. 2 minuta.
