Paratha Aloo AMICTORIUM

Ingredientia:
- Pyaz (Onion) divisa 2 medium
- Sirka (Vinegar) Cup
- Aqua ½ Cup
- Himalayan sal roseum 1 tsp vel gustare
- Aloo (Potatoes) 500g elixum
- Hara dhania (coriandrum recens) concisis pugillum < li>Himalayan sal roseum 1 tsp vel gustare
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) contritus ½ tsp
- Garam masala pulveris tsp
- Tandoori masala 1 tsp< /li>
- Chilli condimentum allium 2 tbs
- Mayonnaise 2 tbs
- Plane paratha
- Coquens oleum 1-2 tbs
- Cohors gobhi (Crassis) aluminis subtiliter
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
- Podina raita (liquamen Mint yogurt
- Paprika pulveris saporis <> /ul>
Directiones:
-In patera adde cepam, acetum, aquam, salem roseum, bene misce & macerabis donec serviat.
-In phiala, adde potatoes & farraginem bene ope masher.
-Adde coriandrum recens, sal roseum, chilli rubrum contritum, garam masalam pulverem, tandoori masalas, liquamen chilli allium, mayonnaise & misce donec bene componantur.
-De paratha, addis 3-4 tbs praeparati annui implendi & aequaliter diffundendi.
-De sartagine, oleum coquendo adde & calefacies. p>
-Place paratha (parte annuum) & per 1-2 minuta coque.
-Flip & dimidia parte paratha, adde & dissemina brassicae, cepa acetum, capsicum, menta. yogurt condimentum, paprika pulveris, flip alteram partem paratha (facit 4-5) & serve!
