Pahari Daal

Ingredientia:
-Lehsan (Gallic) 12-15 caryophyllis
-Adrak (Ginger) 2-unc fragmentum
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Sabut dhania (semina Coriandri) 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin semina) 2 tsp
-Sabut kali mirch (Piperis nigri) ½ tsp
-Urad daal (Split gram nigra) 1 Calicem (250g)
-Sarson ka tel ( Oleum sinapis) 1/3 Cup Substitue: oleum decoctionis electionis tuae
-Rai dana (semina sinapis nigra) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (cepa) concisa 1 parva
-Hing pulveris (Asafoetida pulveris) ¼ tsp
-Atta (farina tritica) 3 tbs
-Aqua 5 Cucurbitula vel secundum exigentiam
-Haldi pulveris (turmeric pulveris) ½ tsp
-Himalayan sal roseum 1 & ½ tsp vel gustare
-Lal mirch pulveris (Colli pulveris rubri) 1 tsp vel saporis
-Hara dhania (coriandri recentis) concisas pugillares
Directiones:
-In mortali & pilo, allium, gingiber; virides chillies, coriandri semina, cuminum, piper grana nigra & grosse contere & abjiciunt.
-In opere, adde fissum gram nigrum et aridam torturam in flammam 8-10 minutam humilia.
-Let it cool.
-In vase stridor adde lenticulam assam, grosse tere & pone.
-In olla, oleum sinapis adde & calefacies ad fumum punctum.
-Adde semina nigra sinapis, cepa, pulveris asafoetidis, bene & sauté misce pro 2-3 minuta.
-Adde aromata contrita, farinam triticeam et coque 2-3 minuta.
-Adde terram lenticulam, aquam & misce bene.
-Adde pulverem turmericanum, salem roseum, pulveris chilli rubri, bene misce & infer bullire, humilia flammam coque et coque donec tenera (30-40 minuta), in medio compesce & move.
-Adde coriandrum recens et cum oriza serva!
