- 6 c. convolvit avenam
- 1 c. nuces abscissa
- 1 1/2 c. aluminis cocoes
- 1/4 c. butyrum liquefactum
- 1/2 c. oleum avocado
- 1/2 c. mel
- 1/2 c. saccharo rudis
- 1.5 tsp sal
- 1 tsp cinnamomum
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
