Tomato Basilii Sticks

Ingredientia:

1¼ cyathos similae (ancillae) + in dusting

2 teaspoons lycopersiciSusci pulveris

1 teaspoon folia ocimum exsiccata

saccharo teaspoon castorei

½ teaspoon + ternum sal

1 tablespoon butyrum

2 teaspoon oleum olivarum + ad unguendam

teaspoon pulveris allii

Mayonnaise-chvi intinge ad serviendum

Method:

1. Pone 1¼ cyathos similam in patera. Adde saccharo castoreo et ½ teaspoon sale et misce. Adde butyrum et misce bene. Aquam sufficientem adde et in mollem massam commisce. Adde teaspoon olei et iterum commisce. Intege sindone madida et pro 10-15 minuta pone.

2. Preheat clibano 180° C.

3. Massam in aequales portiones divide.

4. Conspergere opus cum farina aliqua et singulas partes in orbes tenues volvere.

5. Ipsumque coctum cum oleo aliquo adipe et discos pone.

6. Conmisce pulverem lycopersicum, folia ocimum arida, pulverem allium, ternum salem, oleumque reliquae in patera.

7. Decutiat lycopersicum mixtum in singulis discus, dork furca utens et in 2-3 inch longas incide.

8. Ipsumque in clibano preheated et coquendum pro 5-7 minutes. Aufer a clibano et refrigerio.

9. Servite cum mayonnaise-chive intinge.
