Directiones:

  1. In patera, capulus, saccharum, aqua & mixturam instanti adde bene percute mixturam, donec colorem mutet & spumosum fiat (2-3 minuta) & abjicias.< /li>
  2. In patera, cremor verberum adde, lac concretum & tundendum usque ad cacumina rigida formant.
  3. Nunc capulus mixturam adde, leniter dum compone & transfer ad fistulam.
  4. In cyathis servientes, fistulam paratam capulus & cremorem mixturam adde.
  5. Sparge instanti capulus, ornatis fabam capulus, folia menta & frigidam cole (pocula facit 10-12).
