Daun Methi (Fenugreek) – sakepel
Daun bathua – segenggam/50gm
Daun lobak – sakepel/50gm
Channa Dal (kacang buncis pamisah) – ⅓ tuwung/65 gram (direndam)
Lobak – 1 ora (dikupas & dipotong)
Banyu – 2 cangkir
Kanggo Tempering
Ghee – 3 sdm
Bawang putih disigar – 1 sdm
Bawang disigar – 3 sdm
Cabe ijo disigar – 2 no.
Jahe disigar – 2 sdt
Makki atta (glepung jagung) – 1 sdm
Uyah – kanggo rasa
2nd tempering
Desi Ghee – 1 sdm
Cabe bubuk – ½ sdt
