Ahịhịa:1. Farsi (agwa french) ½ cup2. Gajar (karọt) ½ iko 3. Oka nwa ½ cup

Akwukwo nri / mmiri ọkụ 750 ml

Gud (jaggery) 1 tbsp

nnu nụrụ ụtọ

Besan ( ntụ ọka gram) 1 tbsp

mmiri ara ehi aki oyibo 800 ml

Usoro:

N'ime ite egweri tinye, eyịm, galik, ginger , green chillies & coriander stem, tinye ntakịrị mmiri ma ghee n'ime mma mado.....
