Ingredients:

-Baisan (Gram ntụ ọka) gbachara iko 2
-Zeera (mkpụrụ cumin) a ṅara n'ọkụ na gwerie 1 tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink nnu ¼ tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
- mmanụ esi nri 1 tbs
-Mmiri 1 iko
-Mmiri esi nri maka frying
-Mmiri dị ka achọrọ
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 5-6
-Lehsan (Galiki) cloves 9-10
-Adrak (ginger) 1 inch ibe
-Zeera (mkpụrụ cumin) a ṅara n'ọkụ na gwerie 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink nnu 1 tuo
- Hara dhania (obere coriander) ½ iko
-Podina (Mint epupụta) 1 iko
-Dahi (yogọt) 1 kg
- Himalayan pink nnu 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- mmanụ esi nri 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (mkpụrụ cumin) 1 tsp
-Rai dana (Mkpụrụ osisi mọstad) black ½ tsp
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
-Curry patta (akwụkwọ curry) 10-12
-Lal mirch (acha uhie uhie chilli) gwepịara
-Chaat masala
-Papri

Ntụziaka: chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,pink salt,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay frying pan mein cook oil,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling: Serving dish mein soaked baray,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala aur papri dal ker serve karein!
