Ingredients:
-Mmanụ esi nri 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) dị ọcha 2 ọkara
-Adrak lehsan mado (ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Haldi ntụ ntụ (Turmeric ntụ ntụ) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch ntụ ntụ (Red chilli ntụ ntụ) 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
-Mong daal (Yellow lentil) ½ iko (tinye maka otu awa)
- Chana daal (gwara gram Bengal) 1 & ½ iko (tinye maka awa 2)
-Mmiri 4 iko
- Himalayan pink nnu 1 & ½ tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
