- Sabut dhania (mkpụrụ osisi coriander) 2 tbs >Sabut lal mirch (Bọtịnụ chilie na-acha uhie uhie) 14-15
- Sukhi lal mirch (ọkụ uhie uhie) 7-8
- Imli (akpọnwụ tamarind) chọrọ 1 & ½ tbs >
- Khopra (Akwukwo aki oyibo) ¾ Iko Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) 2-3
- Curry patta (Curry epupụta) 15-18 < li>Himalayan pink nnu 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
