- Kwadebe Ngwakọta Baisan:
- Baisan (ntụ ọka gram) - 1 & ½ iko
- Adrak lehsan tapawa (ginger galik paste) - 1 tsp. zeera (mkpụrụ cumin) - ½ tsp
- Nnụ pink Himalayan - ½ tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
- Haldi ntụ ntụ (Turmeric ntụ ntụ) - ½ tsp < li>Lal mirch (acha uhie uhie chilli) gwerie - ½ tsp
- Mmiri - ¾ iko ma ọ bụ dị ka achọrọ p > Kwadebe ngwakọta nduku: > Aloo (nduku) sie - 3 ọkara
- Hari mirch (green chilli) tapawa - ½ tbs
- Himalayan pink nnu - ½ tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) ntụ ntụ - ½ tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Ọhụrụ coriander) chopped - 2-3 tbs
