Tamatar,pink nnu, zeera,lal mirch anuahade,sabut dhnaia,lal mirch ntụ ntụ,haldi ntụ ntụ aur garam masala ntụ ntụ dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani acch kwa 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki acch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (nkeji 40-45). Dahi aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani acch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 nkeji). Hari mirchein,hara dhania aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. Hara dhania aur adrak sa garnish ker ka naan ka saath serving karein!
