Ingredients:
- Anụ ehi na-enweghị ọkpụkpụ na-egbutu 750g
- Himelayan pink nnu 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
- Adrak lehsan tapawa (ginger galik tapawa) 1 & ½ tbs
- Kacha papita (Raw pọọpọ) mado 1 & ½ tbs
- Olper's Cream 1 Cup (200ml) room okpomọkụ
- >Dahi (yogọt) whisked 1 & ½ iko
- Hari mirch (green chilli) gwerie 1 tbs
- Sabut dhania (osisi coriander) gwerie 1 & ½ tbs >Zeera ntụ ntụ (Cumin ntụ ntụ) 1 & ½ tsp
- Kali mirch ntụ ntụ (obere ose ntụ ntụ) ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Garam masala ntụ ntụ ½ tsp
- Himelayan pink nnu ½ tsp ma ọ bụ ka ọ nụrụ ụtọ
- Kasuri methi (Ahịhịa fenugreek akpọnwụwo) 1 & ½ tsp
- Pyaz (Yabasị) cubes dị ka achọrọ. li>
- Mmanụ esi nri 2-3 tbs
- Mmanụ esi nri 1 tbs
Usoro:
Na nnukwu efere, tinye beef, pink salt, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya paste & mix well, cover with cling film & marinate for 4 hours in refrjiraeto.
