Sinanci BBQ Biryani

Biriyani girke-girke na BBQ na kasar Sin yana hidima 4-6 kuma yana buƙatar sinadarai masu zuwa:
- Tafasashen ruwa kamar yadda ake buƙata
- gishiri ruwan hoda na Himalayan 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
- Chawal (Shinkafa) ana jika 500g
- Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko a dandana /li>
- Soya miya 1 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Mai dafa 3-4 tbs
- Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) yankakken 2 tbs .
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbsp. li>Sugar 1 tsp
- Gajar (karas) yankakken yankakken Kofin 1
- Pyaz (Albasa) an yanka Kofi 1
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) ya yanka Kofi 1
- Hara pyaz (albasar bazara) yankakken ½ kofin
- Koyla (Gawayi) don hayaƙi
- Chilli sauce 1 tbs
- Green chilli sauce 1 tbs. li >
- Soya miya 1 tbs
- Hara pyaz (albasar bazara) yankakken yankakken ganyen 3.
-A cikin tafasasshen ruwa sai a zuba ruwan hoda mai ruwan hoda da ruwan sanyi sannan a gauraya sosai.
-Azuba soaked rice da tafasa akan matsakaiciyar wuta har sai an gama 90% sai a tace a ajiye a gefe.

-Azuba peas,karas,albasa,capsicum,kabeji,albasar bazara a hade sosai.
-A kashe wutan sannan a ba da hayakin kwal na tsawon mintuna 3.
-A fitar da rabin adadin a ajiye domin ya zama. kaza & veg gravy, ragowar dafaffen shinkafa, albasa koren ganyen bazara, mai dafa abinci, murfi & dafa a kan ɗan ƙaramin wuta na minti 8-10 a yi hidima!
