Achari Mirchi

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 250g
-Mai dafa abinci 4 tbs
-Karry patta (Ganyen Curry) 15-20
-Dahi (Yogurt) ya sha ½ Kofin
-Sabut dhania (Kwarin Koriander) niƙasa ½ tbs
- gishiri ruwan hoda Himalayan ½ tsp ko a ɗanɗana
-Zeera (Cumin tsaba) gasasshe & dakakke 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli foda) cokali 1 ko a dandana
-Saunf (manyan fennel) a niƙa 1 tsp
-Garin Haldi (Furwar Turmeric) ½ tsp
-Kalonji (Nigella tsaba) ¼ tsp
-Lemon tsami 3-4 tbs
Hanyoyin:
- Yanke kore chilies rabin daga tsakiya a ajiye a gefe.
- A cikin kwanon frying, ƙara man girki, ganyen curry a soya tsawon daƙiƙa 10.
- Ƙara koren barkono, gauraya sosai kuma a dafa na minti ɗaya.
- Azuba yoghurt, ruwan coriander, gishiri mai ruwan hoda, tsaba cumin, garin chilli ja, fennel tsaba, garin turmeric, tsaba nigella, Mix da kyau a dafa akan matsakaiciyar wuta na mintuna 1-2, rufe & dafa akan ɗan ƙaramin wuta 10- Minti 12.
- A zuba ruwan lemun tsami, a gauraya sosai a dafa na tsawon mintuna 2-3.
