Ingredients
    2 kofuna maida (duk-purpose gari) 1 kofin sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom foda > ½ kofin man shanu (clarified man shanu)
  • Oil don zurfafa soya
  • Usoro
  • A cikin wani kwano mai gauraya, hada maida, sugar , garin cardamom, da gyada. Mix da kyau har sai ya bushe.
  • Ƙara ruwa a hankali don samar da kullu mai santsi. Rufe shi a bar shi ya huta na tsawon minti 30.
  • Ki fitar da kullu a cikin wani kauri mai kauri sannan a yanka shi zuwa siffar lu'u-lu'u. Soya biskit ɗin mai siffar lu'u-lu'u har sai launin ruwan zinari da ƙullun. A bar su su huce kafin yin hidima.

    Shankarpali sanannen abincin ciye-ciye ne mai daɗi da aka saba jin daɗin lokacin bukukuwa kamar Diwali ko Holi. Ana iya ba da ita da shayi ko kofi.
