Shaljam ka Bharta Recipe

Wannan jita-jita na ta'aziyya ta dace don ɗumamawa a cikin watanni na hunturu, tare da nuna ɗanɗano na musamman na turnips gauraye da kayan kamshi.

  • Lal mirch foda (Red chilli foda) 1 tsp ko dandana
  • Furan Haldi (Furan Turmeric) ½ tsp
  • Matar (Peas) ½ Kofin
  • Gishirin ruwan hoda na Himalayan ½ tsp ko dandana
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yankakken hannuwa
  • Garam masala foda ½ tsp
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) yankakken (don ado)
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yankakken (don ado)

Hanyoyi:

  1. Bare turnips a yanka su kanana.
  2. A cikin kasko, ƙara turnips, ruwan hoda gishiri da ruwa. Mix da kyau kuma kawo zuwa tafasa. Rufe kuma dafa a kan ƙananan wuta har sai turnips sun yi laushi (kimanin minti 30) kuma ruwan ya bushe.
