Hanyoyin Sinadaran:
-Madarar Olper 2 Kofin
-Kwafin Olper ¾ Kofin (zafin daki)
-Elaichi foda (Cardamom foda ½ tsp
-Sugar 3-4 tbs ko a dandana
-Masar masara 2 tbs
-Saffron ko Kewra essence ½ tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) yankakken 1-2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) yankakken 1-2 tbs
-Ghee (man shanu mai tsabta) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sewaiyan (Vermicelli) dakakken 250g
-Elaichi foda (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Ruwa 4 tbs
-Madara mai tauri 5-6 tbs

Shirya Quick Rabri:
-A cikin kasko, a zuba madara,cream, cardamom powder,sugar ,fulawar masara da whisk sosai.
-A kunna wuta a dahu a kan wuta kadan har sai ya yi kauri. >Shirya Kofin Vermicelli (Sev Katori):
-A cikin kaskon soya, ƙara man shanu mai haske a bar shi ya narke. kala da kamshi (minti 2-3)
-Azuba garin cardamom sai azubasu sosai. a gauraya da kyau a dafa kan wuta kadan na tsawon mintuna 1-2 ko har sai ya danko. dumi vermicelli cakuda sai a daka shi da taimakon katako mai matsi don yin siffar kwano a sanyaya har sai an saita (minti 15) fiye da cirewa a hankali.
