Punjabi Aloo Chutney

- Shirya Dankali Filling:
-Fayil mai 3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) yankakken 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan manna (Ginger tafarnuwa manna) 1 & ½ tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander tsaba) gasasshe & dakakke 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin tsaba) gasasshe & darkake 1 tsp
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko dandana
-Haldi foda (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli foda) 1 tsp ko a dandana
-Aloo (dankali) tafasa 4-5 matsakaici
-Matar (Peas) tafasa 1 Kofin - Shirya Green Chutney:
-Podina (Ganyen Mint) Kofin 1
- Hara dhania (Sabon coriander) ½ Kofin
-Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) 3-4 cloves
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
-Chanay (gasashen gram) 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin tsaba) 1 tsp
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri ½ tsp ko dandana
-Lemon ruwan 'ya'yan itace 2 tbs
-Ruwa 3-4 tbs - Shirya Meethi Imli ki Chutney:
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup
-Aloo bukhara (busasshen plums) ana jika 10-12
-Sugar 2 tbs
-Sonth powder (busashen ginger powder) ½ tsp
- Kala namak (Black gishiri) ¼ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli foda) ¼ tsp ko dandana
-Ruwa ¼ Kofin - Shirya Samosa Kullu:
-Maida (All- Purpose flour) Taso Kofu 3
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko dandana
-Ajwain (Karmomi) ½ tsp
-Ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ Cup
-Lukewarm ruwa kofi 1 ko kuma yadda ake bukata - Hanyoyin:
Shirya Dankali Ciko:
-A cikin kwanon soya, a zuba man girki, green chilli, manna tafarnuwa ginger, koriander tsaba ,Cumin tsaba,pink gishiri,kayan turmeric,Red chilli powder,sai a gauraya sosai a dahu sai a dahu na minti daya.
-Azuba dankalin turawa,peas,sai a daka su da kyau da masher sai a hade su dahu 1- Minti 2.
-A bar shi ya huce.
